What is your return / refund or exchange policy?

We undertake to reimburse the customer in full within 10 days of receipt of the package on our premises, subject to compliance with the conditions below:

  • All items must be returned intact as sent to you.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any request for exchange or refund if the items have been visibly worn.

  • We do not accept exchanges (except where applicable see policies).

What are your different delivery methods?

We opt for two types of delivery.

  • Colissimo delivery: with a period of approximately 3 to 6 days: € 5.95 free from € 35 purchase

  • Express delivery Hand delivery : delivered the same day or 1 day after the order depending on availability: 10 € minimum depending on location: free from 50 € purchase

What are the payment options available ?

We opt for three types of payments.

  • Bank card (CB, Visa, Master Card)

  • Paypal

  • Cash (express delivery delivered by hand)

How long does it take to process orders?

  • We process your orders within 24 hours

How to track my order ?

  • As soon as your order is sent, you will receive your tracking number by email. Please provide us with your email address during the purchase process.
